That's a wrap for 2021 at Moreton Bay EEC. Sincere thanks to all schools, students, teachers, community and partners for being on the journey and trusting our passionate and talented staff to inspire students engaging beyond the classroom. A huge shout out for the Moreton Bay EEC team – we have seen 13,087 students across 105 school join us across 20+ programs on our incredibly special sites this year. In fact, students can join us in every year level and not be on the same site twice.
The special places we have the privilege of taking students to include Moreton Bay (Quandamooka), Port of Brisbane, historic Newstead House, Wynnum Mangrove Boardwalk, Manly Foreshore, Minjerribah (North Stradbroke Island), Green Island and Fort Lytton and St Helena Island National Parks. All programs, including links to the Australian Curriculum, learning intentions and relevant information can be found on our website.
Nothing says holidays like warm, sunny days filled with family and friends, lots of carefully prepared food and presents. Connection is key and a reminder to consider our choices to ensure we are doing everything we can to help the environment and reduce waste and pollution. Sending all best wishes and joy for the break – connect with those close – be kind to all – and enjoy the great outdoors in this beautiful country that is our home.
