Congratulations to all the Young Writers from the Wynnum Manly school education alliance (WMsea) who are now published authors.
Working alongside the fabulous author Samantha Wheeler, 69 young writers gained inspiration from Newstead House for their short stories which have been published by Lilly Pilly Publishing. Congratulations to all of the students involved - your stories were amazing! And a big thank you to all of the participating teachers and schools: Gumdale SS, Lota SS, Manly SS, Manly West SS, Tingalpa SS, Wondall Heights SS, Wynnum SS and Wynnum West SS - without your support this program would not be possible. MBEEC cannot wait for 2022 and the next group of students to undertake this amazing writing journey.
