Moreton Bay EEC's Young Leaders program is designed to build student capacity in leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving through authentic, real-world experiences. Set in dynamic natural and community environments, these programs challenge students to step into leadership roles, work collaboratively, and make decisions that have meaningful outcomes. Activities are designed to strengthen communication, resilience, and critical thinking, while encouraging students to reflect on their own strengths and leadership styles. By engaging with practical challenges and group responsibilities, students develop the confidence and skills required to contribute positively within their schools and broader communities.

The Young Leaders program provides a structured and supportive framework to extend students' leadership potential and complement existing school initiatives. With a strong focus on curriculum-aligned outcomes, the programs encourage students to apply classroom knowledge to real-life contexts, deepening their understanding of responsibility, initiative, and ethical decision-making. The emphasis on experiential learning ensures that leadership development is both meaningful and memorable, equipping students with the tools to influence change and inspire others. By partnering with Moreton Bay EEC, schools gain access to high-quality programs that foster future-focused leadership skills and empower students to become active, responsible, and resilient leaders.

Programs can be conducted at your school, our Centre / Inspiration, or a blend of both - please contact us for further information - 3906 9111
