Excited Year 5 students conducted seagrass surveys during the culminating day of the WMsea STEM Horizons for High Achievers program. After investigating factors affecting seagrass in science labs at Brisbane Bayside State College and Wynnum State High School, students formulated a model to predict seagrass distribution. On Inspiration they tested their model – true STEM practitioners and Champions for the Bay!

Thank you WMsea Cluster primary schools Lota SS, Manly State School, Manly West State School, Tingalpa SS, Wondall Heights State School, Wynnum SS and Wynnum West State School.
