The Port of Brisbane is one of Australia's fastest growing container ports and Queensland's largest multi-cargo port. Located at the mouth of the Brisbane River, Port of Brisbane is managed and developed by the Port of Brisbane Pty Ltd under a 99-year lease from the Queensland Government.

Our Port of Brisbane Year 11 and 12 program is a day program immersing students in a directed data collection process in the mangrove forest adjacent to the Port of Brisbane to support their completion of mandatory practicals.

One of the highlights of the Port of Brisbane program is a presentation from the Port of Brisbane's environment team about the natural area management of the Port. They work with the students to identify environmental management challenges and solutions from the Port's perspective and share environmental initiatives that the Port focuses on to reduce their impact on Moreton Bay.

We are honoured to continue our long-standing partnership with Port of Brisbane Pty Ltd and look forward to Inspiring Champions for the Bay at Port of Brisbane in the second half of 2019.
